probably a bad inner joint. If you can jack up the front of the car and run the wheels foward in low gear and put your hand over the axles shafts unless you can obviously hear the click noise were its coming from. just more info i thought i would give you on top of whats posted.

Jag, would you give him details on putting his hand over the axle shafts, so he won't get hurt.-Bob

does it just click once when you start to accelerate? i had this problem and i found that my lug nuts were loose. whoever balanced them may have not centered your lug nuts and when you accelerate the wheel slips on the studs. try this first before you buy any parts!
