no...listen... go to BAY CITY CLUTCH in tampa they sell a VERY nice pressure plate and street strip, i have it in my teg right now, and also used in my 260whp LS-t.
fluid wise, go to Honda and get the MTF they sell. i think 3 quarts ask them for assurence.
Changing a clutch is a bitch, I hate that install and i've done it on two integras, a b16 delsol and a 240sx. good luck and take your time.....
.........and DO NOT STRIP THE FLYWHEEL BOLTS when taking off the flywheel, and be very careful when tightening the pressure plate bolts, i've seen them snap. ALWAYS USE CORRECT TORQUE SETTINGS!!!
I hope you have a air compressor and good tools. good luck man!

...one more thing.. you are going to need a long flexible funel or hose to fill your tranny fluid, which is also a bitch lol. its also a good thing to check your rear and front main seals!

light weight fly wheels suck!..........the motor will rev fast but drop rpm's just has fast, and this will show even more in a stock car that revs even slower and holds revs less.

a light weight fly wheel on a d series is going to feel like you dont have any torque. its not really needed on a stock motor.
as for the clutch its really easy to do, take your time and buy at manual at your parts store.

i have the factory service manual (thanks TR!) and am fairly mechanicly inclined so it shouldnt be too hard.....but i dont take it for granted. also i dont have air tools. does anyone know any tricks to hold the flywheel still while removing the bolts without buying the $180 tool from honda/snap-on?i was thinking of bolting a piece of flat stock to the flywheel where the clutch bolts up to and use it to hold the flywheel while it is unbolted. will this work?

My flywheel is on a b-series. My buddy has a d-series with a stock flywheel that was lightend to i think 12 or 13 lbs and it was pretty nice. I forgot you were talking about a d not a b series.
