I got a 94 integra and when i put in gear the car wont go no where. But it goes into gear all the gears fine just wont move. I was wonderin if the tranny is no good. dont want to waste time puttin a clucth in if the tranny aint no good

 

first thing, check and c if the drive axel is connected to the tranny. if that doesnt work, then id say u have a slippin clutch. if it goes into gear ur tranny should b fine. grab the axel and move it around, if theres a ton of play in it, its come out some how (happened to me on my del sol). if this is the case u can push it back in, just roll the car backwards n push the axel in and it should pop back in. the only problem with this is that its going to pop out again after a while. other than that, check the lines to ur clutch n hydrolics n what not....i dont think ur tranny is bad tho.

 

this happend to my moms cr-v.. and it ended up being cv joints messed up ..if its not the axle like ^^^^(he said) try cheking out the cv joints

 

Did this problem just occur? What was done to the tranny/axles just before this occurred?-Bob
