How to make your civic faster?

I have a 98 civic ex, v-tec, cold air , headers, exhaust... i want to make it faster , besides for turbocharging it or supercharging it what do you guys suggest? Maybe some perfromance chips or something you guys tell me please. Also whats the best brand for full synthetic oil?

I'd start with taking off the "headers" and putting on a header which your car takes
