Default ???what Swap???

I have some money to blow... Ive been tossing back and forth the idea of putting a K motor on boost into a hatch, or building a B and putting it on boost in a hatch

Im Most likely going to get rid of the eg I have now and get an ek
Im going to be doing alot of the work myself as far as the swap and the wireing goes..

How hard is the K swap into the hatch and how much am I lookin at with a reliable K on boost?

What would you do??

well a k on boost is gonna be fast as fuk but its also gonna be very costly umm i cant remember the guys name on here he has a a boosted k in a coupe damnit i cant remember....... imo i think that you should spend the money and boost a single the correct way they can be very fast they are a few making 500whp out of a single also and a lil cheaper to build but that is my oppion sohc ftw

I had a friend with a built H in a hatch.... it was nasty but he was going to axels and mounts like a bitch

I wanted the k on boost bc i thaught it would be different and fun

but the built gsr sounded fun to

How hard is the k swap to do yourself if you have the mounts?

HCP mounts are guaranteed for life and I have never heard of anyone breaking one. As for axles, the HCP mounts als prevent axle bind and I very very rarely hear of axles snapping. The Hasport mounts and Avid mounts both create alot of axle bind which is where that is coming from. I know of me and 2 other H22 eg hatch owners who have never had any major problems and is about as reliable as possible. I personally have never had any problems period... the car has been driving perfectly every single day without one second of down time.

The new Hasport EGH2 mounts don't create axle bind like their old mount kit.

the difficulty depends on your fabrication and wiring skill. its a hard swap, expensive, but completely worth it in the end. im starting a all motor k ej1 as soon as im all the way moved into my pops house in florida.

A k-series would be nice but it all depends if you got the time to do it that is one swap you can not rush and the price will depend on how much you plan on boosting your k-series motor are you going to build the motor or leave it stock i know na200whp is running a k-series beast on boost if you actually do it and you need parts you can talk to civic5133
