P75 is B18B (LS) B-Series
P13 is H Series
PR3 is B16 B-series
P72 is B18C (GSR) B-series

^ thats not always the case. As the b16, type-r, and b17 gsr all use the same casting #'s. Unfortunatly those casting id's dont really pinpoint the head id. It will narrow it down for you but cant be exact.

I agree with you, I was mainly just informing people so they dont always say "well it says pr3 so it must be b16". Like i Said it narrows it down, but wont pinpoint all the time.

i agree. i do know that PR3 described a few things, but it is a B series code that never denotes LS and is pretty much not seen on any B18C1. i typically meant B16 head and type-r heads... which was essentially a B16 head with a $5 port and polish from the factory.
