Default Arp Gsr Head Stud Torque Spec?

Does anybody know the Torque spec ARP Requires there Head studds to be Torqued down too? I have an LS/VTEC motor and Coolant is Mixing with Oil. I want to Retorque and see if that's the problem. More then likely it'll be a Warped Head or Block Deck.

it's 70 lbs but that's with ARP lube or equivalent. Engine oil or dry requires more torque, though can't recall how much.

I use 70 lbs on a standard decked block and 75-80 on an o-ringed block w/arp lube.
