Default Car Feels A Bit Sluggish Taking Off

Ok Well I Have A 00 Civic Si I Had To Replace The Motor So I Put In A B16a Sirii In It Everything Seems Fine. However It Feels A Little Sluggish Taking Off On Topend Its Running Great.
The Motor Only Has Regular Boltons And I Have A Stage1 Act Clutch Kit In . Does Some One Know What Might Be The Cause Of This Slow Take Off?

vacuum lines incorrect, IACV that isnt functioning properly, poor ignition timing, low compression....

id suggest you start with the basics... because its a used motor, and im assuming you havent opening it up, check the compression first, to make sure your headgasket/rings/valves seats are good, then time the distributor with a timing light, so its spot on, then get into the little stuff...
