ok this is it sometimes when i leave from the light (easy or on it) the rpm's will only go to 3500 , i shift again 3500 ,etc. nut if i turn off the car then on again it wont do it. its all better until i come to a stop again or push in the clutch and hold for a while it does it until i turn off car. info on my car ---89 crx hf ,d16z6,hard wired obd-0 to obd-1 conversion, p28 ecu, and a p06, now it will do it w/both ecu's. but not all the time every once in a while. any help guys????????if not im gonna wrap it around a damn pole!!!!!!!!

 

My friend ran into the same problem.
Pulle the main fuse(underhood) and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, turn the ley a few times to be sure all the power is out of the system.
Reinstall said fuse and try her again.
I think it was because his evu was an auto, and it went into a torque convertor lockup mode and didnt wanna rev the engine past 3500.
