gsr block..eagle crank rods je pistons..the rods im keepin ..they are fine..the crank needs to be polished but other words fine...and the block seems ok...just...needs to be rebuilt and new pistons..but i plan to build my ls bottom end instead usin stock crank forged rods/pistons...so the parts are good excluding the pistons bein knicked....just bad build or tune or something?

 

ouuch, becareful with the rod that had the issue as the big end culd have gotten distorted from the extreme heat and bearing wear

 

how can i get them checked to make sure its ok...he said he only drove the car 3 days but i do understand what ur saying...so i wanna double check before i do anything....

shoulda known something was up, when he had it up for sale liek a week after he had it in the car..........

 

i know man..im a dumbass...ive been worried about it the entire time..and now..i know..cant believe anybody anymore...he seemed willing to find me pistons..but now it has a bad bearing as well..and hasnt answered a call..or emailed me back..its only been two days but still...i called all day and last night when he told me to..i called four different times between 9-10pm..after he told me to call between 9-930...

well..i wont deal with anyone but a shop...and even though most people dont like them they do good work and are very honest..2nrwerks is the only place ill go....

 

word, they do do good work, that guy is just a fucking whack job

 

aw come on ..todds a good guy and very nice...and def helps you out when you need it..i mean he has to make money but hes helped me alot cuz i get fucked over on everything i do big...and hes there to help me get shit straightend out and i appreciate it alot...and ALWAYS works out some good prices..
