Default aftermaket fuel rail questionnn

my car has an aem one with an aem fpr, the car is stock as hell and i think its gay to have on.. i have also been getting 22ish mpg, which imo is shitty.. is this affecting my gas milage?

welll its a stock ecu and all so i wasnt sure if it would compensate for the bigger rail

the bore of the rail wont really make too much difference IMO... Its the fuel PRESSURE thats going to make the difference...
