i was wondering if it is possible to mate the h22a block to the s2000 6spd transmission. would i have to change the flywheel? starter? bolt pattern for the bell housing? custom housing? let me know what you think.

Wont work if FWD. Tail cone is too long, and if you can find some ingenious way to hook an axle up you would only drive off the passenger side. Now a RWD 'Lude H22......Hmmmm.......Fabrication

Not going to happen. Its physically impossible.

S2000 tranny looks like this:

H22 motor looks like this...I don't think you've really seen it before so here's a pic:

Without being too much of an ass and giving me a headache, it simply won't worry. Sorry.

no it isnt... impractical, yes... but you COULD make it work... it would have to be a RWD or you would have to run a funky ass Lisa Kubo Saturn setup to make it FWD... anyway, it would cost WAY more than it would be worth... for that much shit just swap an S2000 swap (whole thing) in a lude... it would be less work to do that...

Maybe he is asking if an H22 would mate to a s2000 trans because it is going in an s2000 and not a prelude.
