Default Anaerobic sealant/gasket maker

I searched for previous threads on this, since it seems like a pretty stupid question, but I didn't find anything so here goes:

I've never done any work on the factory b16 in my Si, but tonight I'm replacing my cam seals. Should be relatively simple, but I'm having trouble figuring out which anaerobic sealer to use.

Some say "gasket maker," some say "flange sealant," some say "gasket sealant" and all have different descriptions, none of which gives me any useful information.

What should I get?

Permatex Ultra Grey. Use that sealant for the cam plug, valve cover, oil pump, rear plate etc.... I don't use any for the radial cam seals. Just a good lubricant on the camshaft snout.
