there's alota things that it could be! especially since it's a swap!
that's why we were trying to verify if it really has fire and inj. pulse. if it didnt, that would point towards the t/belt, and the belt is a common cause for a car to stop right after running fine. if you do have good fire, then the t/belt cant be broke! lol (it's possable that it may have jumped a bunch of teeth but it would prob. be popping and act like it wants to startthough)
check all the fuses, and check all your conectors and also the splices in the harness if your car's harness was moded for the new obd system.
like i said, there's lots of things it could be, but start with the easiest and most logical first.
it's prob. something stupid!

clicking relays eh?

check and see if the car's silent internal alarm (if it has one, i dunno i dont do hondas) is activating due to a deep power flux. one way is to see if headlights or any lights are flashing (a lot of alarms do this).
If you find out this is what is the problem, see if the battery to the car is fully charged and connected PROPERLY and all cables are tight. then check your cable ground for the battery, see if anything is wrong with it.

to check battery get multimeter and make sure it registers 11 1/2 to 12v.
if not, charge it. in a couple of days test it again, if it isnt holding charge, check the alternator and determine if you need to change that too, if so, then change your battery too. I'm going to guess you have a leadacid battery so you're going to want to get that changed since they dont like deep cycling.

good luck.

its a fuse, check fuses. if the main relay was bad the pump wouldnt come on at all. prob starter signal fuse. ive had a fuse pop and did all the hard shit first and it was a fuse the hole time lmao.

i tried the ecu out of my eg hatch that runs and it still did the same thing,i have checked all of the fuses that i know of and none are bad,it isnt the main relay because i have tried a brand new one and it still does the same, the only thing that stops the relay from clicking is to unplug the iacv but it still doesnt start,i am so fucking confused and lost on this thing.
