What stage cam are you looking for. Cause they have different stages so it depends on what you are thinking to do with your build. Also try ebay you might find a good cam for the z6 head.

Yeah, your just replaceing the head all the 1.5 blocks are the same. My boy did that with his 91 4 door and it runs good has he hasn't run into any problems. I say go with it but if you are not sure just but a 1.6 block and then put the head on it. But you'll be alright but likeI said it is in what you decide to do with build.

Another thing if the motor was taken care of and the block looks good it will handle fine, You wont have any problems with it as long as the block is still good. If it has alot of milage consider new rings with the build so you know that the block is ready for more power as well.

1.6, shit man put the z6 head on the y8 block and then get a p28 ecu and run obd1. But if you want to stay obd0 get a 88-91 si ecu and then get a msd rpm activator for the vtec and you'll be straight. And for the wireing the block has nothing to do with wireing, its just up to you if you want to stay obd0 or go up to obd1.
