Default A/C working, fan not blowing

Ok, heres my problem. The A/C clutch is kicking on when I attempt to turn on the air conditioning and when I am driving with it in fresh air mode, I can feel a little bit of air being let into the car that I think is being cooled by the A/C being on. No matter what level the fan is on, it will not blow.

When it first started messing up, every once in a while when I started the car, it would all be fine and the fan would kick on . Even other times when it wasn't working when the car first started, I would leave it on not knowing its still on, and the fan would kick on when I hit a bump or hit a certain speed. Does anybody know what could be plaguing my car? Its kind of hard selling a car that I know the A/C works on, but no one else can see that when I show them the car.

Right now, I am thinking it is either the blower motor or something like that. Any help is appreciated.
