Default Damn Manhole

So I was turning on 20th street tonite and my subframe hit an elevated manhole. Needless to say it bent to hell and when i let go to my steering wheel it veer to the left drastically. I called the city of tampa, they said they are sending an on call worker to the manhole tonite, but I wont be contacted by the city till Monday. All I know is they better be paying for the damages. This is messed up. Any suggestions????

Its not all fancy but, it does work & is pretty heavy duty. It is a bitch to get on but, it works pretty good. I made it bc of my header. I might be taking it off. If I do Ill let u know. Im not 100% sure but I think it was 1/8 reinforced with 3/4 tubing. Iv put the jack under it & jacked my car up with it & it never bent or flexed...

the city SHOULD pay out, reguardless of how low the car is, a friend of mine did the same thing here in plant city, needless to say he got his money's worth back from them.
