I can agree to a certain extent, but if you are the type of person to slam a car on its nuts, then its your own problem to deal with, you know what you were accepting when lowering your car. And its not the city that pays for it. Its everyone that lives in it.

i would understand if about lower, but not when I am going 5-10 mph and the manhold is elevated 2in.
