I'm getting a custom one made almost straight through piping.it really depends on your application and power goals.I have a gsr ek so there's no after market bolt on exaust made so custom it is.2.5" piping all the way to some kind of muffler not sure what brand yet.

I make exhaust systems using standardized bends from the auto parts store. That way if you get one segment bent up, it's easier to replace a segment, than a whole welded exhaust...........and cheaper to
build, also.-Bob

Hmm mk, well i went to the local muffler shop and i got quoted $250 for a whole exhaust set-up...then the bolt on im looking at is only $235 online... so im still kinda deciding what to do but now that i have sum prices to look at im more or less leaning towards the bolt-on since im on a tight budget.

but the bolt on is a Tsudo, any thoughts on these? are they any good?

just remember that you get what you pay for... and in the case of an ebay or similar site, if they advertise high quality stuff for cheap, you may not be satisfied with what you get...

if nothing else, try and find some sound clips online before, just so you dont end up with a generic fart can like everyone else.

i got the #1 drag catback from nopi...sound nice and deep based..well worth the price...ive also have had a shop make me a custom exhaust from the header back(i supplied the muffler) and it sucked i had to go back 4 times so thay could get the bends exact and the to get the rattling to stop...bolt on is the best way to go imo

mk good to kno, but yes i definatly believe the saying you get what you pay for.... but after all i am on a tight budget so im not going to be getting a $700 exhaust looking for sumthin around the $300 range... overall just looking for a deep solid tone.. but yeah i wish they did post sound clips at more online shops but i guess thats too much for them too do ....
