dc tranny slips
another thing to add is when you installed the new disc, any oil or grease would help induce this sliping in any or all gears. This happening on the install. Or if you have a rear main seal that leaks a fair amount of oil this also is another thing to consider.
When you look at the block with out the tranny you will see a seal that goes arround the end of the crank (where the flywheel bolts to) that is the rear main seal. It keeps the oil inside of the block. i.e. bad seal oil leaks out & the flywheel & clutch is right their so it will get oily & slip.
