I had an early production piece in my hand about a year ago and the hole for the fuel pressure regulator was not drilled out completely. Assuming they fixed that then they should be a good rail, comparable with the others out there.

i run the mr. gasket rail on my car and it works great, and looks good too... as KJ stated, the hole for the FPR doesnt go all the way through, but there is a reason for that... Thats so people can run an external regulator, like i did... there is also another hole on the rail that is tapped, but doesnt go all the way through, and that is to mount a fuel pressure gauge... basically what im saying is there is a LOT of flexibility with it... You can use AN fittings to run whatever size lines you want, or run the supplied fittings for the stock fuel lines, and you can chose between stock, or rail mounted pressure regulator, or whatever you want... Definitely a great piece, especially for the price
