i want to ask a few tech questions first:

1. any coolant in your oil

2. any oil in your coolant

3. any overheating issues

4. did you do a leak down test

5. any spark plugs showing corrosion

6. when was your last valve adjustment

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Do those things listed above before you waste your time changing a headgasket that isn't needed. In all my years of working on Honda's I've come across very few headgaskets on non-boosted cars that really need to be changed because they are blown, pretty much only on cars that have overheated due to a blown hose or something like that.
