know that suspension stuff for crx, civic (88-91) and the da teg (90-93) ar all compatible. was supposed to get a rear lower tie bar from a guy cause he said it did not fit his 2000 teg it was like two inches short. the bar approx. measured 22" from his measurements. i measured the length on my 91 ef as to where it would fit and got 25.5". also know that ek civics 96 up should be the same with tegs of his year so that means his 2000 teg. so i am stumped as to what civic it fits. only thing i can think of is the eg civics (92-95), but also thought that stuff on these was interchangeable with tegs of later models or that excludes suspension? so to recap does not fit 88-91 civic crx which means it would not a 90-93 teg. does not fit a 2000 teg so assuming it would not fit 96 up tegs and 96 up civics. so does that mean this bar is for a eg 92-95? thanks all

EG usually fits DC stuff, if it didn't fit on a DC it prolly won't fit an EG

 

that is what i figure the EG and DC should be compatible, know for sure the EK and DC are compatible. and as stated i also know the the EF and the DA are compatible. so do you or anyone have aclue as to what vihicle it is for?

 

after this will let this one go out to pasture.

Maybe this will be of some help but I don't think it answers your question.

My 89 CRX rear lower sway bar fits my 91 Std Hatch because the holes are drilled on my 91 hatch body. I also have to swap over the rear lower control arms because they are drilled on my 89 CRX and not my 91 Hatch.

 

not too much seeing that we are talking about a tie bar not a sway bar but thanks anyway. have no clue myself. got to fit something even if it is a del sol or a coupe they are still basically eg's.

 

What do you think about cutting it in the middle, and welding in
what you need, to make it longer?
