Denso is OEM, but when you buy it direct from denso you save some $$$

I bought mine on ebay. I dont know if you need a one wire or four wire. but here are some links. None of the parts stores are going to stock this item they all have bosch. I have heard NGK makes good o2 sensors as well. I have never used one personally.

4 wire:
eBay Motors: o2 oxygen sensor HONDA CIVIC 92-00,DENSO 4 wires new (item 270027062011 end time Sep-15-06 01:35:41 PDT)

1 wire:
eBay Motors: DENSO O2 Oxygen Sensor Acura, Accord, Prelude Civic CRX (item 170029295595 end time Sep-23-06 16:36:47 PDT)

Hope that helps.

Another problem it has is that if im cruising along then put it in neurtal when comeing to a stop, the rpms will drop to 0 and either car will shut off or rpms will shoot back up to idle and then idle shitty.

does your engine throw anymore codes...
I ask this because lots of the time if one sensor goes bad another will fallow shortly behind... your problem almost sounds like an Mass airflow sensor starting to go out... you may wanna get it diagnosed...

but first... do as they all said above... try a Denso Oxygen sensor

one reason denso is better is because denso is actually made for jap cars or imports... bosch is a german company... therefor its usually installed in german/european cars.

One way to diagnose the issue would be to try an ecu which does not use o2 feedback. You would then eliminate the o2 feedback theory if the issue still exists.

You are more then welcome to try a phearable.net ecu with o2 feedback disabled.
