Question need help doing an auto to manual swap in a 95 LS

my boy has a 95 integra LS (auto), and blew the ls. he ordered a jdm b18c, with manual tranny. we're gonna do the motor swap, and the auto to manual swap. we've both swapped numerous motors in our cars, but never done an auto -to - manual swap. we have the pedal assembly, shift linkage, shifter, center console, and all the lines. we need to get a new clutch slave cylinder. what else do we need? andhow do we do the entire swap? is it easier to do the auto to manual conversion with the motor out of the car? if any one has a step by step that would be awsome!! or point me in the right direction. thanks for the help!!!

It sounds like you know exactly what is needed.

There are articles that provide you with information on how to perform this.
honda-tech.com and google.com's search features are the way to find them

There are a couple of small wiring modifications that need to be done....
