How to remove myb18a from my Crx?
I am taking out my b18a1 motor from my crx and I was wondering if there is a write up on engine removal. I also am getting a b16 or b18c motor soon so I was wondering exactly what I need to keep. I know I need my wiring harness, shift linkage, Mounts, axels, radiater, but is there anything else I need to keep. Any step by step writeup or information on this would help. I am using my friends hoist.............. Thanks everyone

make sure u drop the tranny side a bit more to clear the mount
You also forgot the fuel filter line that goes to the fuel rail, the fuel return line, the heater core hoses, the charcoal canister line that attaches to your IM, any thermostat ground, valve cover ground. I am sure there are some other stupid shit that I forgot to mention. I dont know if knew these thing already, and I am not trying to sound like a smart ass. Im just trying to give you a hand
Also when you are puttin the chain on, like the other guy said tilt the engine where the tranny side is down, I usually go about 3-4 chain links from the center of the valve cover.

Not to be a dick, but If you don't know how to pull the motor......I don't recomend putting the new one in by yourself.
