Air hammer FTW ! Its well worth the money for a cheapy @ Harbor Freight. Saves time, lost finger nails, blood blisters, and a whole lot of cussing.

I learned the hard way , now it takes two seconds.

on a d series the pin is accesable from the top, i used a phillips screwdriver *stubby* put a 1/2" driver sicket that fits over the screw driver on it. and get a long 1/2"drive extension, and hit the shit out of it from the top *takes 2 seconds too. but only works with the IM off.
