Default white smoke

My car is smoking sometimes. The smoke is white. I had the head gasket changed last year around November. I also gutted out my catalytic converter, because that was all clogged up. The radiator fluid seems OK and the oil is not a milky color. I know white smoke is bad. What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks
