Do coilovers really go bad in about a year on a lowered car?

well ig to coilovers because i auto X my car alot and i feel way more comfortable and the car handles wya better with coilovers
so i am agreeing with you coilovers are meant for a purpose and that is auto X or different road racing conditions.
i love my drop tho

Not a bad thread, some good points being made. my lude has drop zone coilovers. im leaving them on cuz im selling the car, but my next lude will get some ground controls with koni's.

+1 on that, don't buy skunk2, i would suggest omni power or check out the d2 36way fully adjustables at JHPusa.com (rated better than the Tein), i have a set, they cost me a little over $1000 (kit included, the struts, rear sway bar, skunk2 camber kit front and rear) but you can't get a better ride. i have absolutely no body roll
