Default car not running right... help!

i have a 92 civic si, and i just recently put a new Z6 in it. its the same motor, so it should be a direct replacement. anyways, my car does not run right. it almost sounds like mis-fire and/or timing issues. you can smell fuel like crazy. it whines when you drive/rev it, and also does not hardly accelerate when floored. i just replaced the plugs today, and is still the same way.

please help me out TR!

Check and see if the firing order is right. BASE timing shouldnt affect it to that extent

ok so i havent had much time to mess with it, but i know im throwin iat, iacv, tps, and vtec pressure switch. ill bet im throwin the tps due to the throttle sticking. when i have a chance, ill try and switch a few connectors around to fix the iat and iacv codes.
im sure the firing order is right, because it wouldnt start up any other way.
