radiator question

Default radiator question

is the 99-00 civic si radiators different from all the other civics ? i need a half size radiator like a civics, but i need it 2 fit a B18. the hose in and outs r may main concern. i took a look at autozone at a civic si rad but it looks like all other civic rads. anyone ??? thanx

the water necks coming of the 99-00 si radiator are slightly larger in diameter than other civic radiators

the same with the delsol b16 radiator - the necks are slightly larger.

Standard civic is 1" I believe.

wrong 99-00 civic radiators are all the same, I know cause I just bought a new radiator for my eg and every yr was the same

i have a regular half size radiator on my b18 and it works fine.

Define slightly, please.

1,Hose stretchingly close?
2.Tighten hell out of clamp close?
or
3.Call Senor Honda, since he can always find a way
to improvise/adapt/overcome to make anything

i figured the b16 would have the same size hose neck as a b18

You may be able to stretch the hose to fit, but doubtful. The point was the b16 delsol radiator necks are not the same size as the standard civic. Thats what the person making the post was asking about. Thanks for making me clarify this.
