Default Car falls on its face

as im driving last night my clutch started feeling weird. then im in 3rd gear and the car loses throttle just wont go, i put in the clutch and i can rev and everything else. so i figured im out of gas and my gas light isnt coming on. so i stop and get half a tank. then go to leave first gear it goes for 5 feet and falls on its face i kept it floored and it came back to life for 5 feet then did the same thing.so i reved the shit out of it dropped the clutch and slammed every gear till 5th then went to cruise and bam falls on its face again. so it quit on me and i pulled over and towed it home.

what the hell is wrong with this pos?

Oh No's

Will the car idle under it's oun power or do you have to rev it to stay running?

yes the overheating was fixed the next day.

the car will start and idle fine and when i have the clutch pedal pressed the car revs and idles fine.

as soon as i put it into gear tho as i let the clutch out it sart to go then falls on its face. and i have no throttle response.

now if i beat the shit out of it it will be fine and drive normal but as soon as i give it anything less than full throttle it just pitters and falls. but as soon as the cluth goes in it revs and acts normal

Check the car for vacuum leaks.

no codes what so ever, the car idles fine when not in gear but as soon as it goes into gear and i start to go it dies unless i keep it to the floor. i checked for any vaccum leaks last night at 2 a.m. and checked throttle my fuel pressure regulator, and made sure i wusnt leaking fuel anywere.

im stumped
