i was telling the other person about the ECU thing, cause he said something about have a tuner check the maps...

This car was in the wrong hands at 1st, but now will receive the care it needs
the wiring may be the issue, as I have seen it 1st hand
, I was given a chance to look at the map that was in the car/ECU, that was said to put down VERY nice numbers, but I was shocked to see, "in my opinion", the WORST .Bin/Map I have ever seen on a car. I dont even know how it ran on that map, let alone make the numbers it was said to of made.. So I loaded a stock DOHC VTEC map into it, and raised the rev limit a bit. the car ran better out of vtec but sounded to have a ICM issue, as with the dizzy advanced fully, we were only able to get about 16 deg's of timing. I informed troy to replace the ICM and LMK what happend, but the issue is still around. We didnt have time to throw the WB on the car, but it doesnt seem to be a fuel issue, but more a spark issue. I Donno, we really didnt have time to dig into the setup, but im sure troy will figure it out..
