rain water in motor

Exclamation rain water in motor

well the other day i was driving in the rain and i went down a street that was flooded so i put the clutch in and hit the brake put it in first and pressed the gas to go the car stalls and motor is looked up someone told me i couldint suck water through my intake which is bullshit cuz i found out the hard way so i got pulled home after running all the way home in the pouring rain so i get my car home take the spark plugs out the motor still wouldint turn over by hand or the starter so i take so oil and poor down the spark plug tube and i tryed turning it over again it finally did so i turned and turned the motor over my engine bay is coverd in water and oil the motor turns over with no problem now but there is still water in my engine and it is not draining down into the oil pan i tried sucking the water out with a good wet vacum it didnt work i dont know what to do and i want to do something fast before my cyclinder walls rust ive been going outside and turning the car over ever couplr of hous put when i do the altenator starts to smoke real bad and smells like a elec. fire can some please tell me how i could get the water out of the motor and i got a new alten. already. thanks for your help

yeah he knows its locked but it can still be turned over by hand there water on top of the pistons and he wants to no how to get it out he doesnt want his dylinderwalls to rust up ttt for dean

Cant you just stick a long tube in there and suck the water out? Thats what I did to my single cam the first time I got water in there.

Also as an added protection, change the oil, like NOW, there is water in the oil and that will own your motor. On top of that, pull apart all the connections you can and blow in them to get water out of there if you might have some.

i think but best bet take it to the shop and let the dudes do it wit a machine....and then get the oil change cuz water might have gotten in there then dat fuckes up ur motor even more

drain your oil or completely take off your oil pan. re-fill with fresh oil if car can start add a quart of tranny fluid as a detergent run for a few change oil clean plugs and intake tube manifold. basically every where water was. with fresh oil in see if it runs with no issues and hopefully you should be good to go.
