Yeah, get that alternator switched out and make sure your harness ground has a good ground...easily over-looked.

Altenator didnt do the trick. Everything electrical in the car is surging, The lights go bright and dim now. I will check all the grounds, but it was running fine for days then it just happened.

Check your MAIN ground where the harness grounds out inside your engine bay, the one on the left side of motor kinda near the vss and all....that might be your problem.
