Default New, Looking to up my civic

New to the racing scene, just got a 2000 honda civic ex. Already has giovanna rims. looking to up the engine. what is recommended to install first? just to add some new horsepower

what would you recommend, cold air intake...AEM>? headers...greddy??

all depends on how much power your trying to make and how much money your looking to spend. You can do alot of bolt ons and things that wont be too expensive but you also wont get much of a power gain either.

well. shit, im looking to get power, but not spend anything over 250 a part

you have to start somewhere. i/h/e is a good place to start. if you want cheap horsepower after that, add nitrous.

+1 and remember going fast is never cheap
and if its cheap then its usually unreliabe

oh and get rid of the gio's and buy some works rims, or rota gt-3 or slips
