Default Need Help W/ gsr/b16 HELP!!!!

i have a 96 gsr block and jdm b16a1 head the car smoked white thick smoke really bad when i after i changed my headgasket the guy i put it on with says he thought we might have leaked a little oil on the headgasket and that could make it leak oil from the head causing it to blow white smoke and there did look like oil was spraying on the block but not the head... , but i took it to my auto tech teacher at school and he says he doesn't think the headgasket is blown since im running the same compression on all cylinders?? i have a new head gasket and am planning on changing the cams to gsrs and valves and springs to gsr also will that make a big difference in hp?? what do you guys think lmk asap since im trying to get the swap done tues. thanks, john

the head gasket not installed right....just leaking a little bit of water into the cylinders....i've seen's LS's do this when the Gasket is installed upside down.
