With some cars, people remove the inspection cover from below and put a wooden wedge
in the teeth to be kinder to the flywheel. In the absence of a powerful impact wrench,
Wd40 on the bolt plus a sudden kick to a long breaker bar/socket will break it loose.
Next time, pm me. I can break it loose with my impact wrench, and retighten it for your drive home, where you can remove it humanely. -Bob

You either need to get an impact wrench that can more than handle it and more psi to do so or spray that crank pulley bolt with some oil penetrant let it sit for like a minute than go at it with the impact wrench and good impact sockets and it will budge and make sure you have a craftman set of flatblack impact sockets so if some actually give then you'd be able to get yourself another one. The crank pulley bolt gives the most difficult problems dealing with strength of human strength which are exceeded with power tools.

I had the same problem the easiest way is to a get a torch and heat it up for a lil while and as soon as you take the flame off it crank that bitch with the impact and it will come right off no problem
