ive done it many time also...and ive also messed up a couple flywheels doing it....the BEST way to get it off is how i stated.

ive done more swaps int he past month then you have done in your LIFE

yea i had a fun time taking off the crank bolt as well... hahaha i had a 2FT brakerbar and and extention with my FAT ass bro, maybe 240pounds jumping on that shit.. finially came off.. hahahaha well G/L

i had the same problem and even took my motor to midas . a couple other places and then i thought about it and notice that they all had like 250 psi air guns and i went and baught a 500psi from home depot and it came rite off

without holding anything you can spin the motor ez by turning the pulley,

yes im sure im turnign it the right way.

im using a good gun but im thinking my friends compressor isnt putting out enough psi...

probly gana try the breaker bar, sucks i live at an apartment so i do my car work at my friends house and the only day were both off is tuesday so i can really only do alot of stuff on that day..

i got everything else done for my head swap so tuesday all i gota do is tie up some loose ends and get the fuckin pulley off .

 

you'll probly need 250+ psi.
