Run b16a rod bearings on the ls rods you will hold more oil pressure at the bearing, this will help for rpm's. I wouldn't even be that concerned with having it balanced, just run a good unchipped crank pulley.

I have the whole motor torn down on the kitchen table. The crank actually looks pretty damn good; but I can't spec that out by eye, of course. The cylinder walls are still nice and smooth with no knicks. The only rod bearing with any real damage was #3. It really looks like I lucked out. I was able to turn the crank by hand so it wasn't siezed too bad.
