warped head ?¿?
no water in the dipstick,....no oil in the radiator,...all spark pluggs looked burn't even sep 2 of them look a little chalky white on the very tip,....fireing order is correct,..i look on my frieds OBD1 setup....dizzy is tighttly bolted on,...i took the head off and oil was around my pistons where water should b,...so i drained that out,..and put a new headghasket on it,...now im putting it back togethere to see what comes of this,..thank you everyone for your help,...ill post of what happends to it from there,...
ok i think i got it,...changed the head ghasket,...spark plugs and wires,...runs great,...new question,...does the knock sensor have to be hooked up for my V-TEC to kick in?? i have it hooked up but knock sensor broke,....im plannin on running it to a switch,....LMk,...(EVERYONE THANKS FOR ADVICE ABOVE)

you would be 10000x better off to get a Y7 head, spend $90 to have Deltacam regrind it to a 272 profile, and get rid of VTEC altogether.
