nope no questions i never had any in the first place. and wagonmaster is a friend of mine to a personal one that we have hung out before not just online. i mean weather it was you or anyone, never trade for a car that taps without trying to fix it first. i mean if he had did a valve adjustment and the tapping was still thier then that would have let him know it wasn't the valve's.

was the crank or anything fucked up?ou might just go with stock pistons and a new block save time and alot of money

so the piston where stock size?or what you talking about,1 new piston and boreing to 81.25..thinking about it,if you took the head off to put on a vtec head and it was already ticking then..how did you not notice the wall not scared up?

i looked it over i think i pushed it over the edge personally cause it wasnt that loud till thursday night, and i have three good pistons @ 81.25 so if i got another stock block and bored it to 81.25 and got 1 new piston and a set of rings i would be alright

If it was built in 2003 and this just happened after this many years and being sprayed on a bunch you can't blame the builder. Shit breaks when you race cars and beat up motors. If this would have happened in the first couple thousand miles and the car hadn't been sprayed then you can blame the builder.

im not blaming the builder maybe the first person it happened to for not investigating it but shit happens

final cost to rebuild-one piston $100-ring set $89-machine work on new block $170
about $360, ill let everyone know how it turns out
