d16 wit b16 head?????

Nope the D16A6 is an Si Crx motor SOHC Non-Vtak. D16A1 is what your looking for here and the years for the teg is 87-89

its just not cost effective, nor would it probably generate any kind of power gains worth the cost of machine labor
+1 its also like putting a b20 head on an ls...in this case we'd have a head made for 81mm bore on a 75.5mm bore block. compression loss (like a bitch) + possible detonation in the new corners of the combustion chamber + dickload of money to do it = teh suck.

I am pretty sure the f22 block that someone told about was the jdm f22 block a dohc non vtec motor. That yes you could put a h22 head on. Not the sohc block.

You can't put a B-series part on a D-series it won't be able to controll the b-series on the D. It has to be two of the same series, like all B's or all D's.
