Default h22 in the prelude

i got a 90 prelude and i want to put the h22 in it, but how hard would it be to make it RWD, how hard would it be to mount the engine...laterally?(bumper to firewall) and then what transmission and driveshaft and rear end, i think an s2000 would be too expensive, an NSX too, but what about a 240 rear?
just ideas right now but i'm trying to get stuff together mentally
thank you
Justin

the fwd was designed to help save fuel and help the motor use more hp. if you turn your lude into rwd your gonna sacrifice hp and fuel economy. plus its gonna cost you a good amount too. so just do the swap and leave it fwd. but thats just my 2 cents

yeah, i figured it would be expensive, but it would have just been cool, but yeah, good points, thanks, but i want to ask you H22 guys, your happy?
i hear it falls on its ass midrange, but you get plenty of power out of it, even with your heavier cars its pretty quick? and what about the transmission, strong, good ratios?
thanks, and general opinions about the engine would be appreciated

i like my 2.0, so i'll be keepin it, but yeah, 240'd probably be the way to go for rwd

i had the h23 swapped for jdm h22...big differnce...i love it when it runs...but shes in the shop now so im kinda pissed...also unless u have the 4ws the 92-96 lude has a horrible turning radious...as far as rwd rides i had a old 5.0 bustang and it sucked to drive in the rain(snow and ice was a nightmare too)...lots of spinning out ....g/l

I love my h22. The vtec hits hard and has good hp and tq. If you do the swap are you gonna do it yourself or take it to someone?

i'll take it to someone, i do alot of work myself, but this is one of those things it kinda needs to be right so i'm taking it to the guy who helped my friend put hers in, but i was gonna build it first, pistons rods cams valves stuff like that, and i was wondering what you guys had done to yours and what kind of numbers i can expect, i'm thinking about going NA, but are any of you guys boosted, what do you think?
thanks
Justin

i have a love/hate relationship with my H22. i have a good amount of work done to the engine and the car itself (check my garage), and i am getting beat by preludes with just intake and exhaust. im just gonna switch to domestic.

and whats your power look like? and i'm sure it is but is it tuned?
and is the weight difference that drastic to lose? i don't think so right
im confused now, does anyone have dyno charts?
thats alot of question marks
