I have a 95 teg gsr and around 3.5k to 4k i hear a winding up sound and I was wondering if anybody else has that problem and what it is.

1st gear? Then its prob. the trany. Its Natural

 

You can here it through all gears at that point but it is louder in first when you just take off slowly. Also if the problem is with the tranny what do you think I should do because I am gettin ready to put a turbo on it and I dont want the boost to kill my transmission.

 

I doubt it but does ur tranny have lsd....i know a friend that the lsd would wine when he drove

 

nope doesn't have lsd i wish it did lol.
