ill let you in on something...im drive mod like a motherfucker. im 19 like 5'11'' and like 130, lol. and i found out my car weighs less than a crx si.....dont know how, but i do.

if it had an "x" and a D-pad, id whip your ass, but no. its got a steering wheel, shift knob, and 3 pedals.....thats some hard shit. i have 2 feet!!! lol. itll be close.

 

My mini me i had in my old red hatch had a D16A6 (crx Si) bottomend with a ported Z6 head, dc headers z6 intake mani. etc. Im currently building another mini me but this time with the D16a6 with the Y8 head stage 2 cam but want to change it out for a stg 1 cam. Venom adjustable cam gear, Y8 manifold, Dc polished 2 pc headers, Msd spark plug wires, dual core radiator from an integra to keep the car really cool, new gaskets, water pump, belts etc.. Was thinking about rebuilding the D16Y8 bottom end with D16A1 (89 integra pistons) with Ls rods. which would make my compression 12:6:1 with the y8 head and Y8 metal gasket.

 

fuck....what did you run in the hatch? i was lookin at the cams and the stage 2 and 1 are the same price. whats your reason for going to stage 1? what year integra radiator? will my the radiator from my 88 integra fit in my 88 ef sedan? what was the hp in your hatch and weight?

 

Never ran it on the track so no times. Stage 2 really doesnt do anything for me because im not spraying or turboing my car.. i might just keep it. your radiator from your 88 integra will fit in the sedan. you will just need to get bigger hoses i belive. Never found out the hp or weight of the hatch. Started this project 2 days ago and pulled/took apart my first mini me apart because new parts/upgrades plus im putting the D16a6 block in a 91 hatch with all new parts from a y8. I made a thred on what people think i should do to get more hp out of my all motor mini me. check it out.

 

so stage 2 cams are best for spray? because thats on the top of my mod list

I was told that Stage 2 cams dont do anything unless your turboed or on spray.. so dont quote me on that but i got it from some guy on hondatech..

 

i am planning on spraying. if i do build a 2nd mini me ima build it for spray. turbo loves low compression and nitrous loves high compression right?
