Default Installing Cams on a B18A1 Question!

Ok im going to be installing cams in a B18A1 which I have never done before. I am very mechanically inclined but I came acress this link. http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/caminstall/cam.php
Only question is it is for a B16 not a B18A1. Is it the same procedure for the B18A1 Non-Vtec?

Also I am trying to find the torq spec's for the cam caps.

You will need to also know how to do a valve clearance check which is not listed in the article.

I would not recommend attempting a camshaft install unless you have built other motors or you have a experienced person advising you.

Built plenty of motors but just not honda. Mostly chevy and nissan. experience is not a factor here. There Crower stage 1 Cams, so there nothing crazy on the lift.

Get a copy of the helms factory integra manual so you can get all the specs & instructions for the tasks at hand.

The cam caps are different, the tq specs are different, the lifters are different...
Everything is different.

I would not recommend trying the install via the guide you are trying to use.
