Well, Just thought I would post some pics of the Installed 8pt Cage in the SI. It is onlt tacked in as of now and missing the 2 side braces and the 2 lower center braces. We were running low on gas and light, So it will have to wait untill sometime this week to be finished and painted.. Well enough talk and more pics. Sorry for not having more but I will snap away when its complete and I have more light

Naaah high 13's are fast enough j/k I will be putting the seats back in, with a custom fab job done to them by a freind. You wont be able to sit back there but it will still look MUCH better... Its made from mild steel

The main hoop was Pre fabed the rest was custom fabed. Its getting painted Silver(like most aluminum wheels come in, with flake).. Or if I feel up to it, the same color as the car...

If you get a chance can you take some pics of the points where the cage is tacked in? Are you making steel surface plates (feet) or is the end of the pipe welded to the directly to the floor?
