Default 96-98 and 99-00 civic bumpers.

I thought I saw a post about this earlier but was unable to find it. On the 99-00 civic si lip, will it fit up to a 96-98 bumper? I bet you guys are getting sick of this question!

the si lip is too short... ive tried it and it will be a waste to hack up a si lip...
