Default help...

i have a 91' crx si and i swapped a d15...for a d16y8 and its not running quite right...i was wondering if anyone has any tips....BTW it runs extremely rich and misses alot...v tec doesnt engage. its a obd 2 motor running on all obd 1.

iam going to take a guess and say check your wiring. Iam almost 99.99 percent its your wiring. what ecu are you using?

yea i would think it is wiring too.i would swicth back to obd-1 dizzy and ecu.see if it runs better.your vtec doesnt engage?well is your silinode any good?how are your grounds?what kinda cels are the ecu showing?when u went from obd-0 to obd-2 was the conversion do right?it could be missen cause u might have 1 or 2 plug wires wrong on the dizzy cap.

i think this means he is running obd-1 not obd-2.
